As a retired UK lawyer and highly respected Australian registered migration consultant, Carol-Ann brings a unique blend of skills, experience, knowledge and common sense to the field of talent sourcing. She excels at connecting skilled workers with quality Australian employer sponsors (and vice versa) and is able to provide invaluable guidance on the sponsorship and visa application processes. When she’s not working, Carol-Ann enjoys fresh air and exercise.
Nash Uddin
Founder
Nash migrated from the UK to Australia over 10 years ago, initially as a backpacker. He lived in Queensland, before seeing the light and moving to Perth, where he was sponsored in a senior management role by a top Australian hospitality business. Nash has held key hospitality and sales roles with iconic brands for the past 23 years. Nash excels at identifying the right person for the right job. For Nash, long-term employer-employee relationships are what it’s all about. Nash is the proud father of 3 beautiful little girls, and is a dab hand at plaiting hair!
Catherine Hoyle
Marketing Manager
Catherine migrated from the UK to Australia with her family in 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Preventive Health Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Nursing from Edith Cowan University. Catherine developed exceptional sales, marketing and web development skills during her university years. Thankfully, Catherine continues to provide us with web development support, albeit on a very part-time basis, whilst working as a registered nurse, a job that she really loves.
